Host Program
For TripLeaders and Partners · Version 2.1 · Last updated: 23 October 2026 · Effective from 23 October 2026
1.1 These Host Terms (“Terms”) set out how TripLeaders and Partners (“Hosts”, “you”) work with Komundio Ltd, Digeni Akrita 58-60, 1061 Nicosia, Cyprus, company registration no. HE473256, operator of the Feel.Travel platform (“Feel.Travel”, “we”, “us”).
1.2 How the agreement is formed. You accept these Terms when you create your Host profile on the Platform, by ticking the acceptance box. From then on you can build your profile and propose trips.
1.3 Collaboration Form. Before your first trip is published, or before your first Feel.Travel Trip, you complete the Collaboration Form in your Host dashboard (see the Annex). It records:
1.4 Who organises the trips. Every trip sold on Feel.Travel is a package travel arrangement organised by Leaving Now di Kiru SRL, Via Atellana 115, 81031 Aversa (CE), Italy, VAT IT04318290618, a travel organiser licensed under Italian law (licence no. 3196) (“Leaving Now” or the “Organiser”). Leaving Now is the organiser of record under Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and its implementing laws (the “Package Travel Rules”). Feel.Travel acts as Leaving Now’s disclosed agent. Hosts do not sell trips to guests in their own name.
1.5 These Terms work alongside the Terms and Conditions for Guests, which set out guests’ rights, including cancellation and refunds.
4.1 Roles. Feel.Travel designs the trip, sets the price, books the venue and suppliers, publishes and sells the trip, promotes it through our community and paid marketing, takes payments and supports guests. As TripLeader you:
4.2 Principle. On a Feel.Travel Trip, Feel.Travel sells the trip, not the TripLeader. TripLeaders therefore do not receive a share of revenue. They are either reimbursed their real costs (Track 1) or paid a professional fee (Track 2), as recorded in the Collaboration Form.
4.3 Track 1: private individuals (reimbursement). For TripLeaders who are not registered as freelancers or companies. a. Flights: reimbursed up to € 300 for travel within Europe and up to € 500 for intercontinental travel. The cap depends on your actual journey to the trip, not only on the destination. Paid once the trip is confirmed, against the receipt. b. On-trip costs: up to € 40 per day against receipts, for a maximum of 14 days.
4.4 Track 2: freelancers and companies (professional fee). For TripLeaders registered as freelancers or companies who can issue invoices. a. Base fee: € 400 for each of your first two Feel.Travel Trips, and € 500 from your third trip onward. b. Per-guest bonus: € 80 for each guest above the Minimum Group Size, rising to € 100 for each guest from the 11th onward.
4.5 Accommodation. Your accommodation at the trip venue is provided for the duration of the trip on both tracks.
4.6 Payment timing.
4.7 Your track. Your track is set in the Collaboration Form before the trip and does not change during a trip. All payments are made by bank transfer.
5.1 Who can host Own Trips. You can host Own Trips if you:
5.2 Alternation rule. After hosting an Own Trip, your next trip with Feel.Travel must be a Feel.Travel Trip before you can host another Own Trip on our channels.
5.3 Commission. Feel.Travel’s commission is 15% of the Total Guest Price. You can include it in your price or add it on top. The pricing calculator shows both options.
5.4 What we provide:
6.1 Who can host Partner Trips. Companies, coaches, creators and other partners with their own community, who are registered as a business and can issue invoices. Partners do not need to host Feel.Travel Trips.
6.2 Commission. Feel.Travel’s commission is 15% of the Total Guest Price, whichever channel the booking comes from. You can include it in your price or add it on top.
6.3 What we provide:
7.1 Feel.Travel designs, prices and runs a Signature Trip like a Feel.Travel Trip. The Partner promotes it to their audience and hosts it on site.
7.2 The Partner earns a commission on the Total Guest Price at the rates set in the Collaboration Form, which may increase as the trip fills. The Partner’s place on the trip is free.
7.3 The Partner invoices Komundio Ltd for the commission after the trip.
8.1 Trip proposal and approval. Before publication you submit a proposal with:
8.2 Guest terms. Every trip is sold under the Terms and Conditions for Guests, including the payment schedule and cancellation and refund rules. You may not offer guests different terms without our written approval.
8.3 Catalogue. A trip appears in the public catalogue after its first two bookings. Before then you can share its link directly.
8.4 Exclusivity.
8.5 Non-circumvention. For 12 months after a guest first contacts you through Feel.Travel or its channels, you may not sell that guest a trip or retreat outside the Platform.
8.6 Suppliers. Package services (accommodation, activities, transport) are contracted in the name of Leaving Now, with Komundio Ltd acting as its agent, and suppliers must invoice Leaving Now accordingly. We will:
8.7 Records. All costs must be paid by bank transfer or card, never cash, and supported by an invoice or receipt.
8.8 If you cancel a confirmed trip without a valid reason, you bear any Trip Costs already paid that cannot be recovered, and any compensation due to guests as a result.
8.9 If the trip does not go ahead for other reasons, such as not reaching the Minimum Group Size or Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances (as defined in the Guest Terms), guests are refunded in full. Supplier deposits that cannot be recovered are borne by the Host, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We recommend booking venues with free cancellation until the trip is confirmed.
8.10 Partner links. You cannot earn partner-link or referral rewards on bookings for your own trips.
9.1 Collection. Guests pay through the Platform. Feel.Travel holds the Collected Funds on Leaving Now’s behalf.
9.2 What comes out of the Collected Funds:
9.3 Your invoice. After the trip you invoice Leaving Now for the amount shown on the Closing Statement, as a business-to-business service for creating and leading the trip. You issue no other invoice for the trip and never invoice guests. Leaving Now has authorised Komundio Ltd to check and approve Host invoices addressed to it, and to pay them on its behalf from the Collected Funds.
9.4 Closing Statement. Within 14 days after the trip, we send you a Closing Statement listing every amount received and paid, with supplier invoice numbers.
9.5 Payment. We pay your amount within 7 days of receiving your valid invoice. Advances before the trip are possible only if agreed in writing.
9.6 Refunds and disputes. If a refund becomes due to a guest because of you, it is deducted from your amount. If there is a dispute or chargeback, we may hold the related amount until it is resolved.
10.1 Accuracy. Describe trips accurately: itinerary, venue, inclusions, work facilities and the level of activity.
10.2 Safety. Take reasonable care of guests’ safety:
10.3 Group conduct.
10.4 Incidents. Report any accident, injury, complaint or serious problem to Feel.Travel without delay, and in any case within 24 hours.
10.5 Communication. Communicate with guests in a timely way before, during and after the trip.
11.1 Insurance. As organiser, Leaving Now holds the professional liability insurance and insolvency protection required for every trip. Hosts are not required to hold their own insurance, but we recommend personal travel insurance and, for Own and Partner Trips, your own liability cover.
11.2 Your liability. You are responsible for your own acts and omissions. You will indemnify Feel.Travel and Leaving Now against losses, claims and costs arising from:
11.3 Guests’ own choices. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and for activities they choose to do outside the trip programme.
11.4 Feel.Travel’s liability. Apart from paying you the amounts due under these Terms, Feel.Travel’s total liability to you in connection with a trip is limited to the commission it earned from that trip. Feel.Travel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or reputation.
11.5 What is not limited. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
12.1 You are responsible for your own income tax, VAT, social contributions and registrations in your country.
12.2 Invoices must:
12.3 For Track 1 reimbursements, you provide receipts, not invoices. You remain responsible for any tax obligations in your own country.
12.4 Any summaries we provide are for information only and are not tax advice.
13.1 You keep ownership of the photos, videos and texts you create. You grant Feel.Travel and Leaving Now a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, edit and share them to promote Feel.Travel and its trips.
13.2 You must have the rights to all content you submit, including venue photos. Content that infringes others’ rights may be removed and may lead to suspension.
14.1 You will receive guests’ personal data (such as names, contact details and profiles). You may use it only to prepare and run the trip, keep it secure, and must not add guests to your own mailing lists or marketing without their consent.
14.2 You will delete guests’ personal data when it is no longer needed for the trip, unless the law requires you to keep it.
14.3 You will comply with the GDPR and tell us without delay about any data breach involving guest data.
14.4 You will keep confidential any non-public information about Feel.Travel’s operations, pricing, suppliers and commercial terms.
15.1 Treat guests, other Hosts, suppliers and our team with respect. Harassment, discrimination, misrepresentation and misuse of guest information are not tolerated.
15.2 Breaches of these Terms may lead, depending on their seriousness, to:
16.1 We offer training, best practices, templates, a trip page with booking and payment tools, 1:1 messaging with guests, and support from our team. The scope of our support and promotion may change over time and is not guaranteed for any specific trip.
16.2 Monthly TripLeader group call. TripLeaders may join a monthly group call with Feel.Travel. We ask TripLeaders to join at least three times per year.
16.3 Top performer TripLeader trip. Top-performing TripLeaders — those who have hosted at least three trips with Feel.Travel — may be invited to an exclusive trip organised for top-performing TripLeaders. Hosting fewer than three trips does not qualify.
16.4 Community referral cash-outs. Ambassador, City Host and TripLeader referral rewards that are paid in cash are settled after you send a valid invoice (including VAT number) to Komundio Ltd, Digeni Akrita 58-60, 1061 Nicosia, Cyprus. We pay within 7 business days of receiving a valid invoice. Completing the Collaboration Form is required to publish and host trips; it is not required to mark community referral cash-outs as paid once a valid invoice has been received.
17.1 This agreement lasts one year from the date you accept these Terms and renews automatically each year.
17.2 Either party may end it with 30 days’ written notice.
17.3 Trips already published continue under these Terms unless both parties agree otherwise.
17.4 Either party may end the agreement immediately for a serious breach by the other.
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes do not affect trips already published, unless required by law or agreed by you.
19.1 Independent trips published before 6 October 2026 under the previous 5% commission keep that commission until they run.
19.2 All trips published from 6 October 2026 follow these Terms.
20.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
20.2 Disputes are handled in three steps:
21.1 If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
21.2 You act as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, partnership or agency between you and Feel.Travel, and you may not make commitments in Feel.Travel’s or Leaving Now’s name.
