About Feel.Travel

Feel.Travel is operated by Komundio Ltd (Efesou 9, 5280 Paralimni, Cyprus — registration no. HE473256). We connect remote workers with trained TripLeaders and curated group Co-Working Trips.

Every trip listing states whether it is a Feel.Travel Trip or an Independent TripLeader Trip, together with the applicable organiser and cancellation terms.

Two Types of Co-Working Trip

Feel.Travel Trips

• Designed, marketed, and operated by Feel.Travel in partnership with Leaving Now di Kiru SRL (“Leaving Now”), a travel organiser licensed under Italian law.
• Leaving Now is the organiser of record under EU package-travel rules: it holds the licence, professional liability insurance, and insolvency protection, is named on your booking confirmation and invoice, and is responsible for the proper performance of the travel package.
• Feel.Travel designs the itinerary, markets the trip, manages traveller communication, selects and verifies suppliers, provides trained hosts on site, and collects payment solely as Leaving Now's disclosed collection agent.
• The invoice for the full trip price is issued by Leaving Now, not by Feel.Travel.

Independent TripLeader Trips

• Designed, organised, and led entirely by an independent TripLeader using the Feel.Travel platform.
• Feel.Travel acts only as an intermediary (booking, payment, and communication tools).
• Feel.Travel is not the organiser. The TripLeader is not an employee or agent of Feel.Travel.
• No organiser-of-record arrangement with Leaving Now applies to these trips.

Eligibility & Account

• You must be 18+ with a valid Feel.Travel account and provide accurate information.
• By reserving or booking, you agree to these Terms and any trip-specific policies on the listing.
• Verification (email, identity, or other reasonable checks) may be required.

How Booking Works

• Application: Schedule a call with the TripLeader (or follow listing instructions). The TripLeader assesses fit and approves or declines participation.
• Reservation: If approved, your spot is temporarily held. Complete payment within the timeframe shown (typically 48 hours unless stated otherwise).
• Confirmed booking: TripLeader approval (where required) + successful payment + any other requirements on the platform.
• Unconfirmed reservations may be canceled free of charge at any time.
• Modifications can be requested up to 30 days before check-in, subject to approval and availability.

Cancellations & Refunds (Confirmed Bookings)

• More than 30 days before check-in: full refund minus non-refundable transaction/processing fees.
• 30 days or less before check-in: non-refundable unless you find an approved replacement.
• Replacements must meet participation criteria and be approved by Feel.Travel (and the TripLeader where relevant).
• Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

For Feel.Travel Trips, refunds are administered by Feel.Travel from collected funds on Leaving Now's behalf. Leaving Now remains responsible for your non-excludable rights under package-travel rules. For Independent TripLeader Trips, refund handling follows the terms between you, Feel.Travel, and the TripLeader as described in the full Terms.

Payment

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Feel.Travel does not store card details.
• For Feel.Travel Trips, payment is collected by Feel.Travel as Leaving Now's disclosed agent. Funds belong to Leaving Now from receipt; Feel.Travel settles supplier costs and its service margin, and accounts to Leaving Now per their commercial agreement.
• For Independent TripLeader Trips, Feel.Travel processes payment as platform intermediary only.
• Prices and applicable taxes/fees are shown before you complete booking.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and payment information and keep your profile up to date.
• Treat TripLeaders, hosts, and other participants respectfully.
• Follow local laws, health guidelines, and trip-specific rules.
• You are responsible for your own safety, actions, and belongings.
• We strongly recommend adequate personal travel insurance.

Referrals

Registered users may invite others and earn rewards when the referred user completes a successful booking, as displayed on the platform (currently €50 per successful referral, subject to program terms). Rewards may be issued as wallet credit when that feature is available.

Liability

• For Feel.Travel Trips, Leaving Now is responsible for proper performance of the travel package under package-travel rules. Feel.Travel's own liability is limited to direct loss caused by its negligence in performing its obligations (including marketing accuracy and supplier selection).
• For Independent TripLeader Trips, TripLeaders act independently; Feel.Travel is not liable for their conduct beyond its role as intermediary.
• Participation involves inherent travel and group-living risks, which you accept voluntarily.
• Feel.Travel is not liable for force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

Privacy

We process personal data in compliance with GDPR and applicable laws. For Feel.Travel Trips, booking data may be shared with Leaving Now as organiser of record for invoicing and legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. This is without prejudice to Leaving Now's mandatory consumer-protection obligations as organiser of record for Feel.Travel Trips under applicable package-travel law.
